Craps Rules

Craps in the most basic terms is a dice game. One by one players roll to dice. Most players around the table bet with the roller (PASS LINE), that he will roll one of several "points" (numbers) and then roll the same point again before "crapping out" (rolling a 7). Although, if you wish, you can bet against the dice winning by betting the (DON'T PASS LINE). That way, you are betting the same way the house is, although you don't get to participate in all the action they do.

About the rules on playing online craps we cant say too many things because they are well defined by the software that is in front of you. You can't place a bet in the wrong spot because the software wont let you. You can, however, place a bet you didn't intend to. Lots of bets on an online craps board are very close together, and when you make a bet and miss where you intended, they will just place a different bet for you. In most cases you need to move your mouse over the bet for it to tell you what was placed.

To know the rules for the casino craps you need to have knowledge on what the 'session' is, who is the 'shooter', what is the 'point number' and you need to learn about each bet on the table, when and where you can make them, and which ones are smart bets. Also as a player you need to know how you act at a craps table.

The craps session is a cycle that is based around the pass line bet. There are many craps rules that relate back to the shooter's session, the point number associated with that session, and the rolls of the shooter.
